Businessman shot dead, happiness turns into mourning

Motihari : A sand gravel businessman was shot by unknown criminals in Motihari. Due to which the businessman got injured. The family members, who arrived on the information of the villagers, admitted the injured middle-aged man to the hospital, where the doctor declared him dead. Chakia SDPO Satendra Singh arrived on information and recovered a shell from the incident site. The matter is near Khadki Kuaba Temple in Saheb Ganj Road of Chakia police station area. The deceased has been identified as Jameel Akhtar (52). On receiving information, police took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem.

Rashil Ali, son of the deceased, told that my father was sitting at his shop near Khadki Kuaba temple. Meanwhile, unknown criminals shot him in the head. Hearing the sound of the bullet, people nearby called and informed us. When we came, we saw that father was lying on a chair. Picked him up and took him to the doctor where the doctor declared him dead.

The son of the deceased told that there was a dispute over a woman from the same village. Due to which some people of the village had beaten my father one and a half years ago. Threatened to kill me and my father, I have full suspicion that my father was murdered by the same people. Chakia SDPO Satendra Singh said that a sand and gravel businessman was shot dead by unknown criminals. A shell has been recovered from the incident site. The family has not yet given any application. Information has been received that he was murdered in a previous dispute, which is being investigated.
