12 foot long king cobra spotted inside post office in Keonjhar district
Anandpur: A 12 foot long king cobra was spotted inside a post office in the Keonjhar district of Odisha on Thursday. The huge snake was spotted in the Sub Post Office in Hadagarh in Anandpur area of the district.
As per reports, some locals spotted the King Cobra in the post office in Hadagarh. Soon, many others join them to witness the huge reptile. Meanwhile, it was seen that some people pelted stones on the snake.
The locals were scared after seeing the huge Ahiraj snake at the post office in Hadagarh, Anandpur sub-division. Some youths were seen throwing stones at the snake.
It has been said that since Hadgarh forest is nearby, such snakes are often seen venturing into the village.
After receiving the news of the incident, the forest department officials reached the spot and advised the locals not to attack the wild animal.
