14 lakh cash seized from bus stand and vehicle, interrogation of person continues

Rajnandgaon: Big news has come out from Rajnandgaon district. Before the assembly elections, bundles of notes were seized in different police station areas. Police arrested the suspects and recovered about Rs 14,80,000 from them. According to the information, Rajnandgaon police has seized Rs 14 lakh 80 thousand. During Kotwali police station area bus stand checking, Rs 8,50,000 in cash was seized from a suspicious person and during Somni police station area vehicle checking, Rs 6,30,000 was seized. Police are seizing cash and taking further action. In view of the upcoming elections, intensive investigation of suspicious persons will continue.

Let us tell you that in view of the elections, the police is on active mode across the state and is continuously taking action against the suspects. In this episode, 80 lakh rupees cash was recovered in the capital Raipur on Tuesday and a few days ago, 4 people were arrested with one crore cash at Chilfi police station check post of Kawardha.
