15 arrested in ISIS terrorist conspiracy case after NIA raids in these states

Saqib Nachan, the main accused and leader and head of the ISIS module, was also administering ‘Ba’ith’ (oath of allegiance to the Caliphate of ISIS) to the persons joining the banned organisation.
