New Delhi: Two Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) buses collided with each other on the Parliament Street of the national capital on Wednesday. Six people were injured in this accident. A senior police officer said, “A tip-off regarding the accident was received at around 11.15 am by the Parliament Street police station, following which an emergency response vehicle was rushed to the spot.”
The injured were taken to a hospital, where they were discharged after first aid, the official said. The injured have been identified as Sandeep Kumar (bus driver), Rupesh Kumar (passenger), Mohd Tanveer (passenger), Jagdeep Singh (conductor), Sanjay Kumar (bus driver of another DTC) and Rahul (conductor of another DTC) happened. “We have initiated legal action in the matter,” the official said.
