Jajpur: In a tragic incident, as many as two sisters died after a paddy laden tractor overturned in Jajpur district of Odisha on Saturday. The incident took place near Jodabara under Jajpur Road police limits.
The two sisters belong to the Majhi Sahi of Rampas village in Jodabara area. However, their identity is yet to be ascertained. One of the girl is 14 years old while the other deceased girl is 11 year old.
As per reports, a paddy laden tractor overturned and fell into the Ganda canal near Jodabara of Jajpur district today. Accordingly, the two sisters were killed on the spot.
After getting information Jajpur Road Police reached the spot and initiated investigation. Further investigation of the case is underway.
