Police have arrested three accused including the bus driver in this case. The police is interrogating them thoroughly. In which many secrets are likely to be revealed.
Superintendent of Police Shyam Sundar said that in view of the assembly elections 2023, Pratap Nagar police station officer had received information from the informer that silver ingots were being brought without bills in a travel box number GG GJ 01 HT 8652 Srinath Travels bus at Hotel Landmark. . On which the police seized the bus and brought it to the police station.
Along with this, the police detained bus driver Anil Kumar resident of Mehsana Gujarat and Firoz Khan resident of Himmatnagar Gujarat along with courier boy Chhotu Parmar resident of Dholpur Hall Bhilwara along with Dipu Sikarwal resident of Agra. When the bus was searched at the police station, a total of 25 parcels were found in the trunk of the bus. In which silver ingots and jewelery were found whose total weight was found to be 293.38 kg.
Whose market price is Rs 2 crore 22 lakh. Bhilwara Police informed the Commercial Tax and Income Tax Department about the large amount of seized silver.
