30 people encroached on government land, high court issued notice to collector

Bilaspur. Private people have built houses by occupying government land. While hearing the petition filed regarding this, the High Court has issued a notice to the District Collector. Social worker Santosh Kumar Kashyap has said in a PIL filed through his advocate that 30 people have built houses by occupying a large portion of government land in Dhobghatti village under Lormi tehsil of Mungeli district. This complaint was made to the administration.

When no initiative was taken, he filed a petition. The preliminary hearing in the case took place in the double bench of the Chief Justice. The court has issued a notice to the District Collector asking him to submit his reply.
