4 new models of Porsche will be launched in India next year
Porsche India celebrated its 75th anniversary with a big win by hosting several events and announced the highest level of sales and even broke a record. The automobile giant has launched the Cayenne facelift, 911 S/T and the all-new Panamera. The German brand is now planning to launch four more cars in 2024.

Porsche’s first electric vehicle, the Macan EV, is ready to go on sale in India soon after its global debut. The EV is expected to get a 100kWh battery pack with two motors producing a combined output of 612hp and 1,000Nm. Additionally, the SUV can be charged at up to 270kW, which means the battery can go from 10 to 80 percent in less than 22 minutes.
The EV features typical Porsche features including an advanced headlight-pod look. The Porsche Macan MV will have a 12.6-inch instrument panel, a 10.9-inch central touchscreen and an optional 10.9-inch passenger screen. The EV is a potential rival to the Jaguar I-Pace and Mercedes-Benz EQC. The price is between Rs 1 crore to Rs 1.5 crore.

The new Panamera GTS is expected to be launched in India in 2024. While the third generation of Panamera was launched in India in November 2023. Whereas, the vehicle will have a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine option, the Porsche said. Adding a high-performance GTS variant with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine to its portfolio. It will have design, aero and interior updates compared to the standard Panamera. The vehicle will serve as a rival to the Mercedes-AMG GT63 S E-Performance 4-door coupe. The price of these vehicles has been fixed at Rs 2 crore.
Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe GTS
The Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe will also get a sportier GTS variant along with general performance and aesthetic updates. The vehicle will be powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which is expected to have an output of over 500hp. The Cayenne GTS and Cayenne Coupe GTS will launch in India in 2024, around the same time as the Panamera GTS. The price of this Porsche car is Rs 2.5 crore.
Porsche Taycan Facelift, Taycan Cross Turismo Facelift
Porsche’s all-electric four-doors are set to receive their mid-life update, which will bring it in line with new Porsche models in 2024. The current Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo are expected to continue with the 79.2kWh, 83.7kWh and 93.4kWh battery options. Marginal increase in range.
