495.3 mm average rainfall so far in Mahasamund district

Mahasamund. During the current monsoon in Mahasamund district, an average rainfall of 495.3 mm has been recorded since June 01, 2023. According to the information received from the land records, maximum rainfall in the district was recorded in Mahasamund tehsil 658.5 mm, Saraipali 494.7 mm, Pithora 478.6 mm, Bagbahra 442.3 mm and lowest rainfall 402.7 mm in Basna tehsil. Today, on August 01, an average rainfall of 13.2 mm was recorded.

Tehsil-wise rainfall of the district has recorded 28.1 mm rain today in Pithora tehsil, 11.3 mm in Basna tehsil, 10.9 mm in Bagbahra tehsil, 10.0 mm in Mahasamund tehsil and 6.0 mm in Saraipali tehsil.
