Haryana: Freshers party in Pharma college

Haryana: Gateway College of Pharmacy, Sonipat recently organised a freshers party to welcome new students. The event was attended by the college administration, faculty and guests from industries and government institutions. Dr Col Amik Garg, Director and Head, Gateway Educational Institutions; Dr Rahul Sharma, Principal (Pharmacy); and Dr Vinay Kumar Singhal, Principal (Engineering); Rakesh Dahiya, Senior Drugs Control Officer; and Vikas Pruthi, Group CFO, Edsila Organics Ltd., were present at the event. The event began with lighting of lamps and Saraswati Vandana. The senior students organised a series of games and competitions for the freshers – including a fashion show, a quiz competition and a talent hunt. Chief guest Rakesh Dahiya guided the students on career opportunities in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors.
