50 year old woman raped and murdered in Guna, dead body found after 9 days
A 50-year-old woman from Bhopal was gang-raped and murdered by three men in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna district when she was trying to get back the money she had lent to some people.
His mutilated body was found in a drain last Saturday, where he was lying for nine days after he was reported missing by his family in Bhopal on November 23.
Police arrested three suspects: Mahendra Lodhi, 20, Rambharosa Lodhi, 29, and Harinarayan Lodhi, 45.
Police said the woman had gone to Suthalia, about 100 km north of Bhopal, to collect her due money. Police say one of the suspects accompanied them to Teli village, about 30 km from Suthalia, where they were joined by two others and all three committed suicide in a group.
After committing the murder, they dumped his body in a ditch and covered it with mountains of stones, leaves and grass. On December 2, Rajan Ahirwar, a villager near Dehri, went to investigate the source of an eerie noise and found the remains. When the police arrived, they saw an amazing sight: the woman’s arms and legs had been torn off, exposing her bones. I got a glass and took it as a test.
All commissioners were informed and a missing persons report made huge progress. The woman’s daughter identified him and told the police why he had come to Suthalia.
Instructions for investigation were given to Sub-Divisional Officer Police Divya Singh Rajawat and Chanchoda Commissionerate in-charge TI Sanjeet Singh Mavai. A network of informants led police to three suspects, who were arrested after several networks.
During interrogation, the three admitted that they had committed the violation and then strangled them out of fear of reporting the crime to the police. After dragging his body into the drain, he threw his phone in Harinarayan’s well.
The police have found the phone. The suspects were produced in court and kept in police custody.
