57 lakh ganja found in pickup, interstate smuggler caught

Sukma. Konta police has taken major action against the interstate ganja smugglers. Where 532 kg of ganja has been recovered from 2 accused. Along with this, the vehicle being used in smuggling has also been seized. Action is being taken against the smugglers by registering a case under the NDPS Act.

Please tell that, on the instructions of SP Kiran Chavan, continuous action is being taken against the ganja smugglers. In this episode, near the NH-30 Forest Produce Check Naka, the police stopped the pick-up and searched it, out of which 532 kg of ganja was recovered. The total value of seized ganja and vehicle is being estimated at Rs 57 lakh 29 thousand 490. Police has arrested 2 accused in the case. According to the information, both the smugglers were taking Ganja from Odisha to Telangana in a pickup vehicle. Whom the police have arrested. By registering a case against both the inter-state smugglers, the police has started taking further action.
