6 bikers arrested for stunting in Naya Raipur

Raipur. The traffic police was successful in cordoning off and arresting six stuntmen of the biker gang who were endangering the lives of others by driving recklessly on the roads of Naya Raipur. Out of all the 06 bikers, action was taken to seize the vehicles of 03 minor and 03 girl drivers and send them to the Honorable Court for resolution of the case.

Let us tell you that on receiving the complaint of bikers gang doing stunts by riding their bikes carelessly on the roads of Naya Raipur, risking the lives of themselves and others, Senior Superintendent of Police, District Raipur, Santosh Kumar Singh took the strictest action by arresting such stunt drivers. On the instructions of Traffic Police Naya Raipur under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Traffic Raipur Om Prakash Sharma, Deputy Superintendent of Police Traffic Raipur Gurjit Singh and Sushanto Banerjee, C.B. D. Was successful in catching 6 drivers doing stunts in Building Road. Out of the above, 03 bikers are juveniles, whose case was sent to the Juvenile Court and when 3 bikers became adults, action was taken to send the case to the Honorable Court for resolution.

The arrested stuntmen whose case was sent to the Honorable Court are as follows:-

1. Mohd. Yamaha TM-15 Number CG04-PH-6998 Driver Abhishek Gota Father Shri Piya Ram Gota Age 24 years Resident Khamtrai Raipur
2. M/s Yamaha R-15 Number CG04-MR-2774 Driver Rahul Baghel Father Late. Guddu Baghel age 19 years resident of Tatibandh Raipur
3. Mohd.Yamaha FZ Number CG04-NV-5525 Driver Shrinu Swami Father Nageshwar Swami Age 20 Years Resident Bhanpuri Raipur

Among the bikers caught, 03 drivers were teenagers and the case was sent to the Juvenile Court for disposal.
Similarly, the fear of the e-challan proceedings issued by the traffic police is being seen among the drivers. Under which the driver was caught driving the vehicle by fraudulently using the number plate of another vehicle due to fear of e-challan proceedings.

Let us tell you that applicant Ishan Pathak, Gitanjali Nagar Raipur came to the office traffic headquarters e-challan branch and lodged a complaint that his vehicle Activa number CG04-PH-4614 was being driven fraudulently by some unknown person using the number plate. Instructions were given for action. Similarly, on the instructions of Inspector General of Police Amresh Mishra and Senior Superintendent of Police, District Raipur Santosh Kumar Singh, Traffic Police Raipur conducted challan action against 102 vehicles fitted with black film under the Motor Vehicles Act and got the film removed.
