7 accused of religious conversion arrested in Raisen

The police of Satlapur police station of Mandideep, the industrial city of the district, arrested seven accused of conversion from different places and presented them in Gauharganj court, where the court has ordered to send all the seven accused to jail. People of Hinduist organizations got angry over the issue of religious conversion. They surrounded the Satlapur police station and raised slogans. Social worker Suresh Yadav told that prayer meetings are organized by Christian missionaries at Prem Singh Nahar’s house and religious literature is also distributed for a long time. Police station in-charge Mahendra Singh said that on the report of complainant Narendra Singh Thakur in the conversion case, the police has registered a case against all the seven accused. These accused include two women and five men. Satlapur police arrested all of them and sent them to Gauharganj. Was presented in the court. The court has sent both the female accused Santra Sonwani and Uma Chaudhary to District Jail Pathari Raisen.
While the five male accused Chandulal Sonwani, Vijay Chaudhary, Pradeep Bansal, Kailash Bansal and one other were presented in Gauharganj court.
