9th foundation day of CEC Gaurisagar center celebrated in Sivasagar district
Gaurisagar: Nowadays computer education has great importance. Computer education has brought huge possibilities in the employment sector. This was said by Srimonta Dutta, assistant teacher of Charing Hafoluting High School and chief administrator of the popular social media group Anusil, while participating as a special guest in the 9th foundation day of CEC Gaurisagar Center in Sivasagar district on Thursday. The program was conducted by Rajib Dutta, Director of CEC Gaurisagar Centre. Another special guest, Dr. Ranjit Kumar Barua, Principal of Dikhovmukh College, spoke about the importance of CEC in promoting computer education in Assam and the role played by the Gaurisagar Center in Gaurisagar and surrounding areas.
The meeting was attended by retired subject teacher-cum-former journalist Prashant Kumar Neog, Bokta Nemuguri Higher Secondary School, retired vice-principal of Jhanji Higher Secondary School and writer Bina Barua and Sivasagar District Employees Council President and renowned cultural activist Mrinka Saikia.
