Tribal student won gold medal in badminton competition

Kothagudem: A tribal student from the district excelled in the badminton classification tournament Yonex-Sunrise All India Junior Sub Junior (Sub-15 Y Sub-17)-2023 held in Bengaluru from November 28 to December 5. Kursam Mohan Krishna, a Class 10 student at Government Ashram Secondary School, Chipuragudem in Dammapet mandal, won the gold medal. Pratik Jain, Project Officer (PO), Bhadrachalam ITDA, appreciated this. PO wishes that the students win more medals at national and international level. APO (General) David Raju, sports officer Bolli Gopal Rao, Dammapet ATDO Chandramohan, ACMO Ramanaya and the student’s father K Venkateswara Rao were also present.
