Collector reached inaccessible village for the first time, heard problems of villagers

Narayanpur. Today, Collector Ajit Vasant reached village Kodher, an inaccessible area of Narayanpur district, for the first time and listened to the problems of the villagers and assured to fulfill the demands of the villagers. While discussing with the villagers, the Collector listened to the problems of the village and gave instructions to solve their problems. On the complaint of the villagers about the ration shop of Temrugaon, the Collector directed the SDM to investigate the ration shop. The Collector visited village Kodher to take stock of the availability of electricity in village Kodher.

The villagers informed the Collector about their problems, in which there was demand for hand pump, Anganwadi, road construction in the village, electricity installation in Devguri, construction of nine kilometer road and lane till Temrugaon. Villagers told that 40 children are enrolled in Anganwadi and 28 children are enrolled in primary school. The villagers demanded to make the access road from Schoolpara to Patelpara a road and to make a 1.5 kilometer WBM road from village Padeli to Kodher Primary School.

He took information about providing tap water to every house under Jal Jeevan Mission. Villagers told that there is only one solar hand pump installed in the village, water is being supplied from it only.
Taking information about minor forest produce from the villagers, the Collector advised them to sell the forest produce at the rate fixed by the government. While giving advice to the villagers, he said that if there is any kind of problem then there is no need to come to the district headquarters Narayanpur, there is good facility of mobile connectivity in your village. You can report your problem through mobile. He told that for the first time after independence, electricity has reached our village and we are very happy with it. On the demand of the villagers, the Collector gave instructions to the Gram Panchayat Secretary to complete the Anganwadi building in two months. Instructions were given to complete hand pump mining near Patelpara and Sirha Ghar within 15 days and to construct two lanes of road.
While discussing with the village’s Patle Gadoram, Murharam Korram, the Collector said that they advised to ensure 100% delivery of pregnant mothers of your village in the nearby hospital. While discussing with the villagers,

information was obtained about the medicines and vaccinations given by the villagers. After taking information about the pension beneficiaries, he instructed the Gram Panchayat Secretary to distribute pension every month to the beneficiaries of Destitute Old Age Pension, Widow Abandonment, Chief Minister Pension, Sukhad Sahara. During this, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Devesh Kumar Dhruv, SDM Jitendra Kumar Kurre, Executive Engineer Electrical Hilon Dhruv, District CEO Himmat Singh Uike and Naib Tehsildar Saurabh Kashyap were present.
