37 cattle died in Gauthan, team of police and veterinarians on the spot
Janjgir-Champa. In the case of death of 37 cattle in Gauthan of Changori village of the district, 3 doctors of the veterinary department conducted the post-mortem of the cattle.
Initially, the cause of death of the cattle is suspected to be poison. At the same time, the officials of the medical department are preparing to send the viscera (samples of kidney, liver, heart, stomach organs) of the cattle to Raipur for forensic examination.
In this case, the veterinarian said that the viscera has been collected after post-mortem. The actual cause of death will be revealed only after forensic investigation. In the short PM report, there is a possibility of death due to poison. The police has claimed to register an FIR against unknown persons in this matter after the PM report.
