A young man returning from a wedding was murdered by slitting his throat

Dharampur. A sensational case of murder of a youth has come to light in Dharampur of Mandi district. Here, a young man returning home from a wedding ceremony was murdered by slitting his throat, while another young man was seriously injured. The injured is undergoing treatment in the hospital. The police have registered a case in connection with the incident and started investigation.

According to the information, Ravi Kumar, Anil Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Narendra Kumar were returning home from a wedding ceremony late night from village Kaloga. Meanwhile, two youths who came in the car attacked Ravi Kumar and slit his throat with a knife. Ravi Kumar fell there due to the knife attack. When Narendra tried to lift Ravi, the accused also attacked him due to which he also got injured. The attackers have been identified as Guddu Ram and Sunil Kumar. Both the accused are residents of Dharampur.

After fatally attacking the youth, Guddu and Sunil tried to flee from the spot but other youth stopped them and took Ravi to the hospital in their own car where doctors declared him dead. Meanwhile, accused Guddu and Sunil ran away from the hospital. Injured youth Narendra told in his statement to Mandi police that this entire incident was carried out by Guddu Ram and Sunil Kumar.
