Bijnor. In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, when a young man molested a woman, people tied him up and started beating him. He was beaten so much that he became unconscious. A video of beating of a young man has surfaced on social media, in which it is seen that people have tied both the hands of the young man with a rope and are beating him with sticks. The accused youth is said to be mentally ill. The police is investigating the matter
Police officer Sanjeev Vajpayee said that the incident took place in the city police station and the youth accused of molesting the woman is mentally ill. He is undergoing treatment at psychiatrist Dr. Ananth.
