Vinay Jaiswal arrested along with his wife

Manendragarh. In a case two years ago, the Railway Police arrested former MLA Dr. Vinay Jaiswal along with Chirmiri Mayor Kanchan Jaiswal and Chairman Gayatri Birha and other people under the Railway Act, who were later released on bond. Vinay Jaiswal had received the summons a day before, after which he arrived with his supporters the very next day to get arrested. Let us tell you that two years ago in October 2021, many trains were stopped by the Railways during the Corona period.

Due to which many Congress leaders including Vinay Jaiswal, Mayor Kanchan Jaiswal, Chairman Gayatri Birha had organized a rail roko movement by sitting on the railway tracks, for which two years later, summons were issued to all the protesters by the Railway Department. After which RPF reached Manendragarh police station and got him arrested and got bail. Summons were not issued to anyone when the Congress government was in the state, but as soon as the government changed, summons were issued. Regarding this, Vinay Jaiswal said that the double engine government is working with a spirit of revenge. Arrests are being made in the agitation regarding public facilities but they are not afraid.

After the arrival of the new government in Chhattisgarh, the police administration is in action mode. Railway police arrested former MLA Vinay Jaiswal in Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur. Vinay Jaiswal’s wife and Chirmiri mayor Kanchan Jaiswal was also arrested by the Railway Police. Action was taken against both under the Railway Act. Former MLA Vinay Jaiswal and his wife Kanchan Jaiswal are accused of violating the Railway Act. During the Corona period of 2021, Railways had stopped many trains. After which many Congress leaders including Vinay Jaiswal, Kanchan Jaiswal and Gayatri Birha had organized Rail Roko agitation on the railway tracks. All three were arrested in this case.
