Jhalawar: Good Governance Day, weekly cleanliness campaign celebrated ceremoniously in the entire district

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Good Governance Day was celebrated on Monday, 25th December at the district level, Panchayat Samiti level, Gram Panchayat level and urban body level. The district level program of Good Governance Day was organized in the auditorium of Mini Secretariat. The district level program of Good Governance Day was inaugurated by Manoharthana MLA Govind Prasad Ranipuria and District Chief Prem Bai Dangi by garlanding the photograph of former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and lighting the lamp.

Addressing the program, Manoharthana MLA said that on the Good Governance Day being celebrated on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, all the poets have presented his biography and works with great simplicity and ease through poems. He said that he had a very simple personality. He tried to provide benefits to every eligible person sitting at the last mile in the country through various public welfare schemes. He connected villages to cities through roads, connected rivers to rivers and brought water to the farmers’ fields, which helped the farmers to become prosperous.
During this, the District Chief said that Shri Vajpayee did many important and positive works for the development of India, through which today India has got a new identity in the whole world.

In the program, Acting Additional District Collector and Trainee IAS Shubham Bhaisare, while explaining the ideologies of former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vayapayee, said that his governance style has left a very good impression on all of us. We get to learn a lot from their lifestyle. During the program, Deputy Chairman of Municipal Council Jhalawar Pradeep Singh Rajawat said that former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee not only in politics but also struggled by giving his all in various fields to take India forward on the path of development and to greater heights. Poets presented poetry readings
During the program, various poets of the district remembered former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee through their poems and songs. During this, Suresh Chand Nigam, through his words, presented the entire gist of the biography of former Prime Minister Shri Vajpayee before everyone. Whereas Mohanlal Verma threw light on the life of the former Prime Minister through “Jai Atal Jai Jai Atal Teri Mahima Nyari”. Also, poet Rajendra Shantey presented the entire life and works of former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee through a poem.

In the programme, poet Roopchand Soni recited the most beloved poetry, Teri Jai-Jai Atal Bihari, Teri Niti. At the same time, poet Virendra Shringi, poet Danish, Brajesh Sen, child poet Mohit Pratap Singh, Tulsiram Saini, Shailendra Gunguna along with poet Rakesh Nayyar also remembered former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee through poems. In the program, Manoharthana MLA administered the oath and pledge of good governance to the public representatives, officers, employees and poets present. At the same time, all the distinguished guests also inaugurated the cleanliness week being run from 25th December to 31st December by cleaning the Mini Secretariat premises. Apart from this, during the said period, by running Good Governance Week, the concerned officers will also resolve the pending public prosecution complaints in their department.

During this, Additional Chief Executive Officer of District Council Rituraj Mahala, Municipal Council Commissioner Ashok Sharma, Deputy Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department Gaurishankar Meena, Deputy Director of Agriculture Department Kailash Chand Meena, Additional District Education Officer Hemraj Pareta, Physical Teacher Aleem Beg along with Various councilors and personnel of the District Collectorate office were present.
