During this time, Smrika first did engineering and then after taking MBA degree, started working in a big multinational company in Pune. She continued her career there for 4 years. After this she shifted to Raipur and worked in a company there for 4 years. But meanwhile, three years ago, father’s health deteriorated significantly.
Taking care of the farming land built by the ancestors along with the father was also a big task, so Smrika left the job and came home. Today Smrika herself has become a very experienced farmer. A large consignment of about 12 tonnes of tomatoes and about 8 to 9 tonnes of brinjal comes out from Dhara Krishi Farm every day. Which are sent to Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Kolkata, Delhi, Gorakhpur, Banaras, Hyderabad along with the local market.
