Collector Pushpendra Kumar Meena Shriman Diagnostic Center Power House Bhilai, Dr. Rita Chaba Clinic Power House Bhilai, Sai Medical Stores Dr. Gyanesh Mishra near New Basant Talkies Supela Bhilai and S.B.S. The operators of four institutions including Hospital Vijay Complex Camp-02 Power House Bhilai were found violating the Nursing Home Act and have been punished with a fine of Rs 20,000 each under Section 12 (a) (1) of the Nursing Home Act. He has also directed to stop the operation of the above four institutions till the license is obtained.
Let it be known that a surprise inspection was conducted by the investigation team formed to ensure compliance with the provisions. In which during inspection S.B.S. Medical Director was not found available in the hospital and the documents related to him were not made available to the investigation team by the institution operator. Similarly, all three institutions including Dr. Rita Chaba Clinic, Power House Bhilai, Sri Sai Medical Stores and Dr. Suman Rao Clinic under Sriman Diagnostic Center Lab were found to be operating without Nursing Home Act license, which is in violation of the Nursing Home Act 2010 and 2013. There is a violation. Within 5 days of the issue of the notice, the amount of fine will be paid to the Supervisory Authority C.G. It has been directed to make a bank draft in the name of Nursing Home Act District Durg and deposit it in the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Durg. Also, instructions have been given to stop the operation of all four institutions till the license is obtained.
