Ibrahimpatnam: Two people died in a road accident

Hyderabad: Two people died in a collision between a car and a bicycle in Ibrahimpatnam in Rangareddy district on Sunday night. The victims were S Shiv Kumar (31) of Yacharam and SK Rahim (45) of Chintapal.

The accident happened around 10 pm on Sunday night, when the two were going towards Yacharam on a motorcycle when they were hit by a car near JB Venture on Sagar Road Ibrahimpatnam.

“Shiv Kumar died in the incident while Rahim was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. The driver of the car, Mohammad Junaid, resident of Dilsukhnagar, drove recklessly, leading to the incident”, said Ibrahimpatnam sub-inspector K Madhu.

Junaid was admitted to the hospital as he also suffered injuries in the accident.
