Ayodhya: 23 carat gold bow to be presented to Lord Ram before the consecration ceremony

Lucknow: The Lord is on the list to receive the 2.5 kg bow that he traditionally carries with him ahead of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22.

It will be handed over to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust by the Ayodhya-based temple Amava Ram.

PTI Shayan Kunal, administrator of the temple Amava Ram, said.

Gold from 23 quilts has been used to realize the arch. 600 to 700 grams of gold was used to make the arch weighing 2,5 kg”, he added.
