STF team attacked with IED, constable injured

Bijapur. The cowardly act of Naxalites has been seen again, where one STF jawan got injured due to the blast of pressure IED planted by Maoists. He is being brought to District Hospital Bijapur. The injured soldier will be airlifted and sent to Raipur for better treatment.

This incident took place near Gundem Toyanala. It is being told that the team of soldiers had set out from Chinnagelur camp for area domination. Meanwhile, STF constable Pramod Sharma got seriously injured in the leg due to the blast of pressure IED planted by Maoists near Gundem Toyanala. After first aid, he is being brought to District Hospital Bijapur. The injured soldier will be airlifted and sent to Raipur for better treatment.
