Advo Farman Ali to conduct Central Govt litigations in SC

President of India has empanelled Advocate Farman Ali for conducting Central Government litigations before the Supreme Court.
The empanelment will be for a period of three years or until further orders, read an order issued by Department of Legal Affairs of Union Ministry of Law and Justice. Advocate Farman Ali is also senior panel counsel of Union of India in Delhi High Court.
He did Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Jammu and qualified the All India Bar Examination in the year 2017. He is counsel for National Anti-Profiteering Authority for all the courts of India and panel lawyer for Delhi Development Authority since 2020, panel lawyer for Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Additional Standing Counsel, High Court of Delhi for South Delhi Municipal Corporation and Joint Standing Counsel, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customers High Court of Delhi since 2021.
