Wife was being raped, husband killed a brute

Jashpur. Police have revealed the case of rape and murder. Where a woman was gang-raped by two accused. Seeing the incident of rape of his wife, the husband had beaten one of the accused to death with a wood. In both the cases, the police have registered the case and sent the accused of rape and murder to jail. Jashpur Superintendent of Police said that a victim had registered a case of rape in the City Kotwali police station, on which the victim told the police that her husband had gone from home to a nearby village. When he did not return home even after a long time, she went to search for her husband in a nearby village.

When both she and her husband were coming together on foot. Meanwhile my husband asked me to go ahead and went to a nearby pond to freshen up. While I was going towards my home, two people forcibly pulled me and gang-raped me. While the second accused was committing the rape, the husband came and beat one of the accused to death with a piece of wood lying nearby. Jashpur police has registered a case against both the rape accused, Dilip Bada and Ramlal. Rape accused Dilip Bada has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. In the murder case, the rape victim’s husband has been sent to judicial custody.
