Spy satellite to be launched in April, will be used by Indian forces
Delhi. SpaceX will launch India’s first private spy satellite. The launch will take place in April. This satellite has been made by TASL i.e. Tata Advanced Systems Limited of Tata company. For the first time, Tata has made a military grade satellite. This satellite will be used by Indian forces so that they can obtain highly secret information. This satellite has 0.5 meter spatial resolution.
Tata company has sent this satellite to Florida. Where SpaceX will send it into space. Earlier, Indian armies had to demand precise coordinates and timing from foreign vendors. But now because of its satellite this problem will not arise. Only India will monitor this satellite. India will have complete control over it
This ground control center is being built in Bengaluru. Very soon it will become operational. It will be used in guidance and processing of images received from satellite. Tata company is building this center in collaboration with Latin-American company Satellogic. The pictures received from this satellite will also be shared with friendly countries. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) also has such satellites but they have their own limitations for very large coverage. At present, India takes important spying data from American companies. The need for such a satellite was felt due to the conflicts with China over the Line of Actual Control.
