Special duty magistrate appointed to maintain law and order in the district

Dungarpur: Like every year, this year the festivals of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati Jayanti will be organized on March 5, Mahashivratri on March 8, Holika Dahan on March 24, Dhulandi on March 25 and Good Friday on March 29. District Magistrate and Collector Ankit Kumar Singh said that in view of the possibility of crowding in public places, Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Tehsildar have been appointed as special duty magistrates to maintain law and order in the district.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate for Sub-Divisional Area Dungarpur, Dungarpur, Sub-Divisional Magistrate for Sub-Divisional Area Sagwara, Sagwada, Sub-Divisional Magistrate for Sub-Divisional Area Aspur, Aspur, Sub-Divisional Magistrate for Sub-Divisional Area Bichhiwada, Bichhiwada, Sub-Divisional Magistrate for Sub-Divisional Area Seemalwada, Seemalwada, Subdivision Magistrate for Subdivision Area Galiyakote, Subdivision Magistrate for Galiakote, Subdivision Area Chikhli, Subdivision Magistrate for Chikhli, Subdivision Area Sabala, Tehsildar for Sabla, Tehsil Area Jhonthripal, Tehsildar for Jhonthripal, Tehsil Area Dovda, Dovda, Tehsil Area Tehsildar Gamdi Ahara has been appointed for Gamdi Ahara, Tehsildar Pal Dewal for tehsil area Pal Dewal and Tehsildar Obari have been appointed for tehsil area Obri.
The duty magistrate will keep vigilance and maintain law and order by coordinating with senior police officers and immediately informing the higher authorities about any untoward incident. Instructions have been given to ensure necessary action. For other places of the district, the concerned Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar have been instructed to completely monitor the law and order situation and maintain peace and order in their respective areas as executives and duty magistrates. Additional District Collector and Additional District Magistrate will be the overall in-charge for the law and order of Dungarpur district and will coordinate with various departments and ensure necessary arrangements and keep the District Collector informed about law and order reports from time to time. Instructions have been provided.
