Complete electricity, water, health, education and Prime Minister’s housing schemes on priority.

Raipur. Education and Narayanpur district in-charge minister Brijmohan Aggarwal was on a one-day visit to Narayanpur district today. Minister Shri Aggarwal held a review meeting of district level departmental officers and directed that the flagship schemes of the Central and State Government should be implemented at a rapid pace and ensure that they reach the last row beneficiaries. While reviewing the progress of the schemes run by all the departments in the meeting, Minister in-charge Shri Aggarwal said that the government’s flagship schemes including basic facilities like electricity, water, health, education and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana should be completed on priority basis in the district. Minister Shri Aggarwal, while reviewing the School Education Department, said that the school buildings which are without boundary walls should be surveyed and the work should be started soon. Taking information about Mahtari Vandan Yojana run by the Women and Child Development Department, he said that the officials should ensure that not a single eligible sister of the district is deprived of this scheme. This scheme will be under continuous process, he said and gave instructions to take the daughter’s application on priority basis and get online registration immediately after her marriage.

In the review of the Agriculture Department, Minister Shri Agarwal, while taking information about the transfer of paddy bonus amount of the farmers of the district, directed the Nodal Officer of the Cooperative Department and said that the farmers whose bonus amount has not yet been transferred to their accounts will have to do so within a week. Gave instructions to resolve it internally. Taking information about the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, he directed the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat to start the started Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana within 15 days, so that the standard of living of the people can improve. While reviewing the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme run by the Public Health Engineering Department, Minister in-charge Shri Aggarwal said that there are 412 villages in the district, in the villages where tap water scheme has not been started, he gave instructions to start the work soon. Taking information about the beneficiary oriented schemes run by the Horticulture Department, he talked about promoting the cultivation of horticultural crops like litchi and sapota to create a distinct identity for the district. While reviewing the works of the National Highway, the Minister in-charge of the district took information about the road construction work and gave instructions to complete the road construction work before the rainy season. Similarly, after reviewing the works of Irrigation, Electricity, Public Works Department and District Panchayat Department, directed to complete the beneficiary oriented works on priority. In the review meeting, President of Sarva Adivasi Samaj Roopsai Salam, Inspector General of Police K.L. Dhruv, District Collector Bipin Manjhi and departmental officers and employees were present.
