Raigarh. Lailunga police have arrested the cruel mother of the child and the real elder sister of the accused for the crime of murder of a 4-month-old infant. To hide the crime, the family members had filed a false and fabricated report of head injury caused by the child falling from his mother’s hand. In the midst of this quarrel, Pooja Pankra, in anger, threw her four-month-old baby Ayush on the ground, due to which the baby died due to serious head injury. Lailunga police seized important evidence in the case and arrested accused Pooja Paikra, husband Arvind Paikra (age 21 years) and accused Santoshi Paikra father Kamal Singh (age 32 years), resident of Saraimuda police station Lailunga district, Raigarh, for murder and put them on judicial remand.
