Cheating of Rs 10 lakh in the name of removing obstacles, alleged Baba arrested

Janjgir. The alleged Baba, who cheated Rs 10 lakh in the name of removing obstacles, has been arrested. Applicant Anand Miri Sakin, Kotmisonar police station, Akaltara district, Janjgir, on the basis of a written report regarding cheating of Rs 10 lakh cash and a mobile phone in the name of removing obstacles, crime number 89/24 section 420,120B, 328 of IPC against the accused, crime date It was registered on 09.02.2024 and taken up for consideration.

During the investigation of the case, accused Vinod Kumar Suryavanshi alias Vikram, Jagdish Prasad Lahere alias Kallu have been arrested on 10.02.24 and sent on remand. Accused in the case Kumar Patle Sakin Kurma was absconding and is being continuously traced by the police. Who was caught through informer’s information, who was interrogated in connection with the incident, who after accepting the crime, was duly arrested and sent on remand on 04.04.2024. Other 02 accused in the case are absconding and are being traced.
