First round of randomization of counting staff completed

Vijayawada: NTR District Election Officer (DEO) and Collector Delhi Rao said here on Thursday that the first round of randomization of counting staff for the 2024 general elections has been completed.

Delhi Rao said that on June 4, the randomization of counting staff for Vijayawada parliamentary constituency and seven assembly constituencies has been completed in a transparent manner through online NIC software.
He said that randomization of a total of 1,271 counting staff including 403 counting observers, 504 counting assistants and 364 micro observers has been completed.
NTR district joint collector P Sampath Kumar and DRO V Srinivas Rao, among others, participated.
