MoU signed for free coaching to medical aspirants of BTR
OKRAJHAR: In a significant development in education sector, a MoU between the government of BTR and ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. was signed at the BTC Secretariat conference hall on Thursday for providing free coaching to poor meritorious students who intend to get admission in medical colleges.
Speaking to media persons, the CEM of BTC, Pramod Boro said, “A significant milestone has been achieved as our government’s flagship initiative, the Bodofa Super- 50 Mission (Medical), with the signing of an MoU between ALLEN Career Institute Pvt Ltd and the BTR government.”
BTC CEM Pramod Boro said that he was delighted to have attended the MoU signing ceremony, where Anurag Goel, Principal Secretary representing the BTR Government, and Brajesh Kumar, Centre Head of ALLEN Coaching Institute, Guwahati campus, signed the agreement. He said this MoU will provide 11 months of free residential medical coaching to 50 deserving candidates at the ALLEN Guwahati campus, preparing them for NEET, 2024. He also said that this was in line with the BTR government’s commitment to provide free coaching services to medical aspirants from BTR.
Boro asserted that the BTR government was fully committed to supporting the underprivileged meritorious students from the BTR who aspire to achieve big dreams. He also said that this time the BTR government had taken initiative for providing coaching of UPSC, Medical, Engineering and APSC from BTR region where the economically poor students will be getting education and free coaching for their career.
