Encounter between POLICE and gang of thieves, 3 thieves arrested

Muzaffarnagar: Three thieves were arrested after an encounter between the police and a gang of thieves in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, late Thursday evening. Superintendent of Police Satyanarayan Prajapati told reporters here on Friday that three accused – Sunil Khadang, Pratap Khadang and Ankit Joshi – were arrested in this encounter. Each of them had a reward of Rs 25,000 each. He said that all the three accused were injured by bullets in the encounter with the police and have been admitted to the district hospital. The police recovered Rs 3 lakh in cash, jewellery and three pistols from them.
