SEX racket exposed, police made a big disclosure
Bhilai. Durg District Police has busted a sex racket and arrested 7 people including three women. On the information of immoral prostitution going on in Prabhat Lodge Power House Bhilai, Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla has directed for raid action in Police Station Cantonment area Prabhat Lodge Power House Bhilai, in which under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police City Sukhnandan Singh Rathore and City Superintendent of Police Cantonment Haris Patil, under the leadership of Police Station Incharge Cantonment Sub Inspector Chetan Singh Chandrakar, the Cantonment Police conducted raid action in the area on 09/07/2024, which arrested the suspects (1) Nilesh Verma father Saheblal Verma age 19 years resident village Pendri police station Pamgarh district Janjgir.
(2) Suprabhat Sheel father Vimal Krishna Sheel age 44 years, Shop No. 86 Ravi Shukla Market Bhilai, Durg. (3) Rajendra Yadav father Raghu Yadav age 37 years, opposite Girdhari Nagar Chandi Temple, Police Station Durg. (4) Manju Lahare alias Manju Dahriya father Rajendra Lahare 20 years, resident Satnami Mohalla, near Durga Temple, Jamul Durg. (5) Laxmi Haldhar alias Megha father late Sukharanjan Haldhar 38 years, resident Ranaghat Ward No. 12, present address behind Sparsh Hospital, Ramnagar Supela Durg.
(6) Sangeeta Banjare father Rajesh Yadav age 26 years, resident Village Parsada, Police Station Runchaiari, District Balod, currently Sector-4, Road No. 4, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. On being taken into custody and questioned, he told that on 09/07/2024, Nilesh Verma was running prostitution by providing girls and women in the rooms of the lodge by taking money from the customers. He was arrested for being accused of the crime section 3, 4, 5, 7 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956. The accused have been sent on judicial remand in the Honorable Court of Durg after being found guilty of section 3, 4, 5, 7 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956. City Superintendent of Police Haris Patil, Sub Inspector Chetan Singh Chandrakar, Uni Varun Devta, Head Constable Jaspal Singh, Constable Jeet Narayan, Lady Constable Padmini Kaushik have played a commendable role in the action.

(3) Rajendra Yadav father Raghu Yadav age 37 years, in front of Girdhari Nagar Chandi Temple, Police Station Durg.
(4) Manju Lahare alias Manju Dahriya father Rajendra Lahare 20 years, resident Satnami Mohalla near Durga Temple, Jamul Durg.
