To improve the performance in the Panchayat and Urban Body elections, the party is going to start the process of reform. It is planned to start with changes in the organization. In the first phase, there will be changes in the party’s front, organization and departments.
According to the party leaders, first of all, inactive leaders and those sitting on the chair only on the blessings of big leaders will be removed. There are indications of giving responsibility to new faces in their place on the basis of performance.
Emphasis has been laid on making new appointments in cells and departments before the urban body elections. Before this, performance will also be assessed in organizational movements. Here, there is also talk of changes in the front organizations Mahila Congress and NSUI.
