CG NEWS: Nephew missing, suspicion on uncle who was with him
Korba: Uncle and nephew got separated from each other while waiting for the goods train to cross at Sarvamangala railway crossing in Korba. Somehow uncle reached his in-laws’ house, but nephew did not return home even after 5 days. His bike was found standing in an abandoned condition near the railway gate. Relatives from the neighboring district reached Korba city in search of the youth. Police has also started the search. Uncle Bharat Nagesia told that he is a resident of Veer Rajapur under Lalunga police station of Raigarh district. His in-laws are in village Lakhanpur near Katghora. He had come to Korba 6 days ago with his adopted nephew Vishnu Prasad (32). They reached near Sarvamangala railway gate at around 12 noon.
He crossed the closed gate and went to the other end, while Vishnu was waiting for the gate to open with the bike. Vishnu was found missing after the goods train passed. He kept looking for his nephew for a long time. After this, he reached Korba by auto rickshaw and reached his in-laws’ house in Lakhanpur by passenger bus. He was sure that his nephew would return home.
During this time, nephew Vishnu Prasad’s family called and inquired and got the information that he was missing. His bike was found abandoned near Sarvamangala railway gate, which has been kept in Sarvamangala police station. The family is searching for Vishnu but no clue has been found so far. Suspicion is on the maternal uncle.
