OAS officer Deba Prasad Das reinstated in service, detailed report here

Bhubaneswar: OAS officer Deba Prasad Das has been reinstated in service with the condition that he will not violate the provisions of Odisha Govt Servants’ Conduct Rules, 1959 in future, said reports on Thursday.

According to reports, he was placed under suspension since May 28, 2018. The official order of the reinstatement reads as below:

“Shri Deba Prasad Das, OAS(S), ex-Joint Secretary to Government, SSEPD Department, who was placed under suspension w.e.f. 28.05.2018 vide GA & PG Department Order No. 15159 dated 28.05.2018, is reinstated in service from the date of his joining, with the condition that he will not violate the provisions of the Odisha Government Servants’ Conduct Rules, 1959 in the future.”

The letter further read, “On reinstatement in service, he is posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department.”
