Collector got 60 thousand rupees, private hospital was charging more money from the patient
Raipur: In the good governance of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the problem is being solved on a phone call. Sushil Kumar Manhare, a resident of Baktara in Arang, had complained against a private hospital management for charging more money during treatment.
He told that he had admitted his 51-year-old father Chhakkan Das Manhare to Global Star Hospital in DD Nagar when his health deteriorated. Despite having Ayushman card, the hospital management charged 82 thousand rupees. Whereas the bill was given for only 21828 rupees. When he asked for the account of the remaining money, the hospital management refused to tell.
Regarding which, the patient’s family called the Collectorate’s Jan Samasya Nivaran Call Center and to resolve their problems, information about the case was sought from the concerned hospital. After which the hospital management accepted the mistake and also returned the excess amount of 60 thousand rupees in cash to the patient’s family during treatment.
