Haryana: Saini took a dig at Hooda in Sonipat
Haryana: Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini today took a dig at the Congress and former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in a public meeting organized in support of BJP candidate Dr. Arvind Sharma from Gohana and Pradeep Sangwan from Baroda Assembly constituency. Targeting the former Chief Minister, Saini said that Hooda was in power for 10 years and he (Saini) could work only for 56 days. Still, if he (Hooda) wants, he can compare the tenure of both and see who has done more work. He said that the work done by him in 56 days is a trailer of development and the real picture will come out after the results on October 8. Accusing the Congress, Saini said that today is the time to take revenge for the way women, youth and poor were tortured during the rule of Congress. Saini said that the public had rejected Hooda 10 years ago and claimed that the people of the state will not give the chair of Haryana to Congress this time also. He said that the people of the state have ousted Hooda from power forever. The Chief Minister boosted the morale of the party workers and appealed to them to work hard till the end of the elections. He also appealed to the workers to vote in favour of the BJP as much as possible. Arvind Sharma, candidate from Gohana and Pradeep Sangwan, candidate from Baroda also addressed the gathering. Sharma accused the Congress and said that even after being rejected by the public in 2014, the Congress leaders did not change. Sharma said that Chief Minister Saini has taken 126 historic decisions within 56 days and has made the state the first state in the country which is purchasing all the crops at MSP.
