Know Your Army fair organized in Raipur, Collector and Army officials reviewed the preparations

Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh said that the Public Works Department should complete all the preparations within the time limit and the Municipal Corporation should take special care of cleanliness. This is a unique event to be held in the state, which will give the general public a chance to know about the army closely. Arrangements should be made to show it to school and college students. On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra, District Panchayat CEO Vishwadeep, Colonel Sumit Sharma, Colonel Muttalik, Colonel Rajendra Singh and Colonel Anupam Shrimali along with other officials were present.

This fair will showcase the weapons and equipment of the Indian Army, which will include tanks, infantry combat vehicles, artillery guns and air defense guns. Also during the program, the Indian Army commandos will display their amazing military skills in which the commandos will also perform a thrilling demonstration of para jump and slithering from an airplane. On the evening of October 5, a grand musical show will also be organized by the Army bands in the Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in which military bands from Jabalpur and Varanasi will participate.
