Haryana: Two doctors found absent at the health center
Haryana: Two doctors were found absent during a surprise inspection conducted by the Civil Surgeon (CMO) at the Primary Health Centre (PHC) located at Rasulpur village of the district on Monday. Health department officials have issued show cause notices to the doctors for negligence and have also ordered withholding their salary for one day. Civil Surgeon Dr Jai Bhagwan Jatain said that most of the employees posted at PHC Rasulpur were found present. He said that show cause notices have been issued to two medical officers of the centre for being absent during the inspection today. He said that their salary has been withheld today due to irregularities related to their duty. He said that all the doctors and employees working in the Civil Hospital, Community Health Centres (CHCs) and PHCs have been warned of disciplinary action for violating the instructions of biometric attendance and remaining absent from duty.
