Director General of Police YB Khurania in Boudh to review Maoist situation
Boudh: Director General of Police YB Khurania visited Boudh today to review repression and law and order situation. The meeting held at the district police office.
IG Operations Jai Narayan Pankaj, SIW DIG Kanwar Vishal Singh, South Range DIG Sarthak Sadangi, Boudh SP Nageshwar Debarkonda are present in the meeting.
It is to be noted that Recently a few days back at the Conference of CMs of Maoist affected States in Delhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah told the CMs to review the Maoist situation once every month & DGPs once every 15 days. The Home Minister had also told the DGPs to spend a night in Mao affected districts every month.
Shah had also instructed Chief Ministers in Naxal-affected states to hold a meeting every month to review the progress of development projects.
