Fire in gunny bag warehouse, commotion

Jagdalpur. A major accident has happened in the district along with the entire state before the paddy procurement starting from November 14. A huge fire suddenly broke out in the gunny bag warehouse late night in Adawal area adjacent to Jagdalpur, due to which all the gunny bags kept in the warehouse were burnt to ashes.

According to the information, as soon as the information about the fire in the gunny bag warehouse located under Bodhghat police station area was received, the fire brigade team immediately reached the spot and worked hard to control the fire. After a lot of efforts, the fire could be controlled. According to preliminary information, the cause of the fire is said to be burning of firecrackers near the warehouse. Police is investigating the incident.
