Vivo X200 launching in India soon: 8 key features revealed

TECH: The Vivo X200 series is set to launch in India soon, with a tentative release date of December 2024. Although Vivo is yet to confirm an official date, here are the eight key features we know so far about this much-anticipated series: Display excellence: The Vivo X200 features a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curved screen. This display supports PWM dimming, HDR10+, and achieves a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, ensuring vibrant and sharp visuals. Great camera setup: The standard X200 model is equipped with a triple rear camera system that includes:

50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera This setup promises a great photography experience. Powerful battery and charging: The Vivo X200 packs a 5,800mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging. In line with Vivo’s customer-centric approach, a charger is included in the retail box. Improvements over the Pro model: The Vivo X200 Pro has the same display as the standard model but includes improvements such as an LTPO panel with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz and thinner 1.63mm bezels for a more immersive viewing experience. Compact Pro mini version: The Vivo X200 Pro mini features a more compact 6.31-inch flat display while retaining the triple rear camera setup. The Pro variant features a 200-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto sensor, while the Pro mini includes a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. Advanced imaging capabilities: Both Pro models are equipped with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, enabling advanced features such as 4K HDR cinematic portrait video and 10-bit Log video recording at 60fps, aimed at photography enthusiasts and professionals. Battery and charging on Pro models: The Pro models come with ample battery capacity – 6,000mAh for the Pro and 5,800mAh for the Pro Mini. Both support 90W fast charging, ensuring quick power supply. Top-tier performance: All models in the X200 series are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, built on a 3nm process. This chip features a Cortex-X925 performance core with a peak clock speed of 3.6GHz, promising high performance for demanding tasks.
