MBBS student suspended for 3 months after her friends misbehaved with her
UP. A sensational case has come to light in Siddharthnagar’s Madhav Prasad Tripathi Medical College where fellow students entered the room of a student of MBBS 2023 batch and misbehaved with her. The students also broke the door of the room. The victim’s father complained about this matter to the Principal and Discipline Committee. After the complaint, on the basis of facts, the eight accused students have been suspended for three months. When the students came to know about the suspension, two students got upset. Both had to seek emergency counseling.
The 2023 batch MBBS student studying in the medical college lives in the hostel. About two dozen students of her batch living in the hostel were misbehaving with her for a long time. They were harassing her repeatedly. The scared student kept quiet. She thought that the students would understand and stop harassing her. The victim student did not complain to anyone. Thinking that her family should not get worried, she did not tell them anything.
On the night of 10th December, the unruly students crossed all limits. The students entered the room and started misbehaving. When the victim asked them to leave the room, they started abusing her. When the student closed the door, the indecent students broke it. The victim student informed her father about this matter. Her father reached the medical college on 11th December and met the Principal Prof. Dr. Rajesh Mohan and informed him about the incident. The Principal called a meeting of the disciplinary committee of the college on 11th December at 3:30 pm. The committee recorded the statement of the victim student and collected evidence in the college council hall. After this, the committee also recorded the statements of the 8 accused students. On the basis of evidence, the committee held all the eight students guilty and suspended them for three months. The condition of two students deteriorated when they came to know about the suspension. Principal Prof. Rajesh Mohan said that the disciplinary committee recommended the suspension of eight students for three months in the case of misbehaving with a student of MBBS 2023 batch. The students have been suspended on the basis of the committee’s report.
